Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Engineering Studies, and Reverse Engineering are some of the extensive engineering services that we offer.

Various types of complex engineering reports can be generated by ProEight to help clients evaluate the root cause of their problems and assess the proposed solutions offered. Clients could benefit from leveraging ProEight’s complete modules of engineering software at a fraction of the regular repair cost.






Prototyping & Testing


ProEight facility for rapid prototyping allows engineers to thoroughly test prototypes thus reducing the risks of usability and manufacturability issues before moving into production. Proof of concept and prototyping provides assurance for clients to make critical decisions in managing their assets.

ProEight testing laboratory guarantees that any repaired or manufactured parts and equipment shall undergo stringent testing procedures to meet the requirement of API Spec Q1 and ISO 9000.





Manufacturing


In-house precision manufacturing operated by experienced machinists enables ProEight to machine intricate and complex parts, components, and products using state-of-the-art CNCs.

ProEight’s comprehensive manufacturing facility is capable of producing parts faster; without compromising the precision, accuracy, and quality of the finished products.




Installation & Monitoring


ProEight specializes in off-shore and on-shore installation services for various types of rotating equipment and its respective parts such as mechanical seals, centrifugal pumps, and auxiliary systems.

Technical specialists are equipped with the competency governed by the industrial standards to ensure that special care is given when commissioning activities are executed.




Continuous Research & Improvement


ProEight provides continuous support to clients with extensive after-sales services. The performance of products is continuously monitored and analyzed to ensure corrective actions are being addressed. Technical support is available 24 hours via online or through regional Quick Response Centers.

Training facility is also available where participants shall apply and gain in-depth knowledge of the design, selection, installation, performance and control of various types of pumps.
