Responsibilities
- The primary responsibilities of this role include managing all incoming and outgoing department correspondence, handling inquiries, preparing technical documentation, and managing submissions.
- Review assembly and part drawings for rotating equipment and escalate the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Responsible for the coordination, submission, and approval process at respective municipalities through each stage of the approval process.
- Coordinate with project coordination team members, vendors, and subcontractors regarding the workability and constructability of design.
- Control and maintain up-to-date records for engineering technical information or output, e.g., design reviews, design risk assessments, technical files, documents, and drawings.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Proficiency in computer usage is a must, as the role involves extensive use of digital tools. A good command of spoken and written English is also essential for effective communication.

- Maintaining design, development, and use of standard components for all designs.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.50.
- Proficiency and knowledge in standard engineering software, material selection, and engineering calculation are crucial for this role.
- Basic knowledge of 3D Computer-aided Design (CAD) software and other simulation tools like Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD, conventional drafting standards, and tolerance.
